Job Details:
At the direction of the Manager or Supervisor, work to carry out the department's mission on a Revenue Management team, accepting a variety of assignments using numerous electronic systems. Use effective communication skills in dealing with complex account receivable issues, while demonstrating a service orientation which consistently aims at exceeding customer expectations, and which contributes positively to the greater work environment. Answer patient inquiries and questions from third parties regarding billing policies. Coordinate and work with third party payors, the patient or responsible party, and all necessary internal departments to ensure all billing is correct. Ensure excellent relationships between the patient and Dartmouth-Hitchcock.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND
Experience: Associates degree with a minimum of one year of applicable experience, or the equivalent required. Demonstrated keyboarding or electronic data processing skills required. Excellent communication skills desired. Demonstrated outstanding task organizational and problem solving skills, with an acuity for systematic thinking required. Preferred candidate to have completed HFMA Credentialed Revenue Cycle Representative Program.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
