Duties include in person and phone interviews, screening and reviewing applicants for job matching, checking references, administering testing, and job placement. Position includes high level of communication with client companies, development of recruitment sources, and building client relationships.
Candidates must be highly proficient in administrative skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, strong organizational skills, and have the ability to multi-task. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, have a high sense of urgency, and strong problem solving skills. Prior recruiting, interviewing, or hiring experience is required.
