Marketing Client Service Manager:
Client Ownership, Client Services and Project Management. As a Client Owner, you will be expected to manage both the day-to-day client details as well as the overall client relationship of multiple clients for your Client Partner.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborates with the client to develop and/or assess/review Client experience strategy plans
Synthesizes knowledge of business and consumer to develop viable business strategies
Works closely with the internal teams and the client to plan and develop individual project plan, deliverables, timelines, detailing out specific critical paths
Drives the project team to meet the timelines as agreed upon, maintaining the critical path
Effectively negotiates issues that may arise through the project lifecycle to maintain the project integrity and schedule
Escalates issues to Client Partner that cannot be resolved within the project team that ultimately impact the schedule and/or project deliverables
Communicates major milestones, priorities, bottlenecks and other major problems, which affect a successful delivery
Ensures that project teams input hours
Handles Status Reports, Change Orders, Client Approval Documents and Statements of Work.
Manage Client communications regarding key deliverables, projects and strategies
Manage multiple client relationships for Account Team or Client partner
Identifies other service lines to help meet the Client's business goals
Requirements:
Bachelors degree
1-3 years of Marketing/Project Management experience

$14-$20/hour

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
