Position
Summary:Assigned to a designated RMD management team (Billing Operations, Payment Posting, Customer Service/Credit and Collection, Patient Benefits and Financial Relations, Data Entry), maintains the productivity demands of electronically assigned work files including: insurance verification, referral management as applicable, charitable services, patient correspondence, phone inquiry, billing and claims submissions, third party follow-up, secondary billing, cash payment services, credit balance resolution, credit and collection, and bad debt assignments.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High school graduate, with 2 years third party billing and/or registration experience required.
Demonstrated keyboarding and/or electronic data processing skills.
Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated outstanding organizational and problem solving skills, with an acuity for systemic thinking required.
Must be able to work independently and effectively organize complex work processes.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
