Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team Organize and maintain physical and digital files accurately Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations Coordinate communication between team members and clients Perform basic administrative tasks, such as answering phones and responding to emails
Qualifications:
