11 PTO Days in year 1 Full-Time Mon-Friday set schedule - NO weekends or late nights (Flexible Part-Time schedules also available!) Center-based services with BCBA's onsite to support their teams Guaranteed weekly hours regardless of client cancellation Clinical support from experienced clinicians and collaboration.
Supervision for RBTs and master level students in pursuit of acquiring their BCBA.
Hands on initial and ongoing, client specific, training Monthly ongoing paid professional development webinars on a variety of clinical topics.

What you'll be doing at Autism Care Partners:
BTs work one-on-one with children at our center, implementing BCBA-designed clinical plans that help clients build critical communication, social, and other adaptive skills.
Education and Experience Minimum High School Diploma or GED required No experience required! We will train! Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) while attending to the needs of active children.
Must be willing and able to utilize quick body movements as indicted in the Behavior Intervention Plan while working with challenging behavior.
