They will work alongside the Director of Coffee to source the very best green coffee from across the coffee belt and be responsible for developing roast profiles and seeing those flavors through as the production roaster.
Along with their roasting and fulfillment duties, you will work alongside our graphic designer and shipping manager to package and ship to our wholesale and mail order customers.
and help grow wholesale accounts.
Note- must be able to stand for long hours and lift 25 pounds over your head.
This position requires a sense of commitment to quality, a passion for specialty coffee, an eagerness to learn, and a love for all human goodness in all their glorious shapes, sizes, and colors.
