Strong leader has a unique opportunity to develop and implement the delivery of LTC and HCBS in new health plan market in NH. The ongoing administration will include representing the plan with state officials and other stakeholders as well as the internal operational pieces that includes collaborating with configuration, claims, contracting and provider data management to ensure that necessary networks are established. Accuracy in coding in related systems to eliminate over payments, interest, and waste is essential. you will also arrange for training and training materials related to benefits, state administrative codes, and day to day workings of the program
Oversee vendor fiduciary responsibilities of the payroll processing for personal care attendants to ensure the timely receipt of files, payroll administration, development of audit reports, and ensure effective communication with joint partner. You will develop reports to monitor performance and process related to LTC and waiver services and communicate progress to management.
Establish best practices and standard operating procedures. Serve as subject matter expert on benefits and waivers
iDEAL candidate will have a Bachelors degree, 7
years of experience with NH State programs related to LTC and HCBS. Must have thorough knowledge of LTC and HCBS guidelines, rules and requirements.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
